Curved Steel beam

Hi.

I have an curved steel beam from the library, which I want to make 45 degree in the end of the profile.

In the straight profile it is possible to make, but how do you do it with the curve, when there is no preset for it.?

If there is no parameter available in the object and you can't/don't want to alter the GDL script then your best option is SEO.

Add a roof in the position and angle of the trim then use it in a Solid Element Operation.
Hide the roof in a layer that is never seen.

Hi Barry

Ok. Why a roof?

I tried with at 2 mm wall. No luck with that. I will try a roof instead

It is an curved steelbeam with the 2 flat parts in the top and bottom.
