Custom Curved Ramp - How to quickly elevate mesh points

Hi,

I am trying to make a custom curved ramp, in a wiggly shape. I've read that the best way is to subtract two meshes from one another. Is it possible to evenly elevate the points of a mesh (like in the image below) without manually calculating the height of the point and moving it up?

Any help would be amazing!! I feel like there must be a simple way.
