Custom Window - side panels narrower than center and arched

So..my client has requested I make a window as per his sketch.
I'm trying to avoid the whole "custom window" with slabs and "wallhole" issue. Hoping to be able to locate a stock AC20 window that works in this manner.
How best to accomplish this?
