Default 3D resolution of circular walls & circular slabs

Hello,
Way back I thought I read that the default 3D resolution of AC tool elements
such as circular walls and circular edged slabs was either 72 or 36.
I have been doing some experiments with these elements
and I find that the resolution for both circular walls
and circular edged slabs is this strange number 98.0926.
I found this by drawing a circular slab in plan, with it's center
at the project origin, with an eight foot radius.
In the 3D window, set to hidden line mode, top view, using the flat marque,
I copied the slab and pasted the lines into the plan.
Two lines came together exactly under the center and therefor
the measured relative angle in the coordinate box was 270°.
the measured relative angle of the end of one of these lines was 273.67°.
273.67°- 270.00° = 3.67° . 360° / 3.67° = 98.092643 the apparent resolution.
I did the same procedure for a circular wall and found the same resolution.

Any thoughts, comments,
Peter Devlin

The circular resolution depends on the current magic wand settings (Tools menu).

Matthew,
I changed all settings in the magic wand settings and it did not
affect the default resolution of the circular wall and circular edged slab.
I did find out by two methods that the default resolution is
exactly 98.
The strange number I reported earlier was due to not
having the maximum decimal places set for angle measurement.

I also confirmed the resolution number by saving the
circular wall with 180° of included angle as a GDL object.
It is converted to an XWALL_{2} which has a RESOL statement
set to 98 in the 3D script.

Thank you,
Peter Devlin
