Does anyone use Transfer Settings?

Just starting up a new job and creating my template as I go.

I had a situation where Ive modelled all the roof sheeting from a survey and duplicated it down a few hundred mm for the structure.

I already had a roof structure saved as a favourite so I though "right, time to start setting up some element transfer settings"

But I've found them quite useless, you can't select many of the settings to skip and all the ones you can't see are on by default.

Has anyone had a good experience with this feature?
