Door surfaces

CharlieS

Hi,

When amending door surfaces, I am having trouble in getting the model to read as glass door with timber or metal leaf framing. Either the door will read as a glass leaf with no top, bottom or mid rails and no styles; or it will read as a solid material completely.

Previous versions of Archicad seem to have worked fine, but now struggling.

Any tips or tricks?

Is this a known bug perhaps?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks

Have you made sure to change the door panel style to one of the many available that have frames with glass panels? The solid panel will show all of the same material when changed.

if you have done that then model view options may be telling Archicad to display the door as a single simplified entity.

Thanks Lee.

Adjusting the 3D detail level from MVO to full has done the trick.

Thanks again.
