Draw a facade and 3d view of vertical wood boards

I am drawing some cottage and I would like to have the facades only with vertical lines and also 3d views with flat colours an vertical lines, I don't want texture render, only lines like a comic for color after using live paint in Illustrator.
Any suggestions?
I enclose a pic of the real facade and the result I am looking for.
Do I have to draw the boards with morph or can I use some textures and then in facade use the vetor shading vertical lines, but how I got the same renders in 3d like vector appearance.

3D document can have the same settings as section / elevation for vectorial hatching.

If you want comic look you can also combine a colour render with a sketch render in a photo editing program (photoshop etc).
