Elevation settings not sticking

Is anyone else having trouble with settings sticking--especially story level font and font size? Sometimes the settings will be reflected correctly in the display of the elevation, but not in the settings dialog box (when the box is closed and then re-opened). If I select more than one elevation marker at a time when making setting changes, they never stick in the dialog box.

Did you try to change the >Elevation Selections Settings >Story Levels >Built in Story Marker >"text height". That's the one with the capital M joined to an up/down arrow. Works for me.

EDIT: I did this while in an elevation view.

Yes, that has generally worked. This doesn't address the problem of not being able to set these items in the elevation marker dialog box from plan view even one at a time, let alone en mass. This is a serious, time sucking problem.

What about using favorites to reduce the tedium?
I've been thinking about Lazlo's recent referal to a macro recorder that can go to do repetitive work within an AC file. I'm not sure he was recommending it, just saying he used one.

I do use Favorites extensively. I only realized this problem when I opened a file in AC 14 that was started in 13 and the settings did not transfer. I begin all projects from a highly customized template, so to have to make these corrections at all is a pain. When I have to make them over and over because of a glitch is really annoying.
