Extra Indicator Label in Label Tool, Where did it come from?

Hi,
I am using AC9 and its library. In the Label Tool I have two identical Indicator Labels one called "Label Window-Marker" and the other "Label Window-Marker 02". Does any one using the US Library have them or only mine?! I may have created it in AC8.1, but I did a clean install any way? I am lost, any ideas?
