Unless I over looked it, I do not see an option to turn off the window in the skylight object.[/img]

The roof part could be done with a sloping profiled beam (assuming the curve is constant along its axis).

The crown moulding is a bit of a trick though. That's probably best done with a morph if you've got AC16. If it's really complex you might need the morph tool for the whole thing.
