My F1 key is set to something else. make sure you are re-defineing the short cut properly. Chose assign and overwrite the old one as you are prompted

Yeah, it is called a MS system key in AC10. Not the case in AC9 though. It can be changed in 9. I dunno. I don't use it in ten as I don't know a work around.
