The original operator for you column must be on a hidden layer unless the column has been converted to a morph or saved as an object.
So to get the exact same cutout as on your original post you could have a look on the hidden layers for the original operator.
Or use this column morph or object as the operator in an SEO and subtract it from a slab (target) you have placed on the corner over the cutout on the morph/object.
This will result in the exact same cutout which you could then save as a morph for use again on any other column.
Of course you could then edit this morph if you wanted to make it different or just create a new operator as described before.
