Favourite Feature in AC?

For me the 'GROUP' and 'SUSPEND GROUP' feature is one of my favourites. It's a simple feature, but I can't do without it. Wish other programs would also use it.

My favorite feature in ArchiCAD is to simply be able to create and design in 3D. There are several other Architextural programs out there that do not allow you to work in 3D, thus making it my favorite feature.
