Using Find+Select to select a Grid Object of specific length does not work. If I pick up the settings for either Length or Width both report an incorrect number that is not specified anywhere in the object.

I want to select all Grids that are 100' long and when I pick the parameters I get a with of a meter converted to Feet-Inches.
If I specify 100' it will not pick any of the Grids.

Looking at this issue, I don't think that the Length and Width parameters apply in case of Gird Elements. I mean, their width is technically zero, as they are lines. Their Length is generated when you place a Grid System. However, there is no field in the Grid Element Settings Dialog where you could set either value.
So I think they are just not applicable.

Agree that the only parameter that would apply is length but F+E is pulling information from somewhere (1M). Maybe then a wish for length to be linked to the length parameter.

I think that 1000 mm is may be just a default number that is displayed in those fields of the F&S Dialog.

A wish is always a possibility.
