Find & Select Renovation Status

Why is the Renovation Status not always available as a criteria in the Find & Select dialog box?

It seemingly appears and disappears and I can't figure out why. I'm assuming there is a setting somewhere that is getting toggled, or something else I have turned on or selected is causing it but I can't figure it out. Something in display options maybe?

kevin:

One possibility is that you have an Element Type (like the Section Tool) selected as a criteria, which does not have a Renovation Status.

Thought of that but no, walls for instance sometimes do not have renovation status available as a find and select parameter, but only sometimes.

I will post some images of example from same project, opened at two different times. Attached here is with it not available.

I've never seen the Renovation Status pop up as a Find option... at least you got lucky a few times!

Generally, I change my Renovation Filter to one that only shows the elements with the status I want to select and alter. This requires that your template have every combination of Renovation Filters available (new only, demo only, existing only, new + demo, new + existing, existing + demo, and show everything).
