Groin Vault Trouble

Hello,


I'm trying to create groin vaults using the roof tool. I cannot cut/trim the roofs to each other. I'm using the Cntrl click function. The roofs are also not round but segmented. Also I tried using shells and could not trim/cut them either. Thanks in advance for your help.

S2art - thanks for the tip in 9 - I used shells to make the intersection, saved the shape, and there it is. Thanks to all for the help and tips - wish I had 10. Take care
