Guide division lines--help!

I used the special guide division markers a lot, but they suddenly disappeared. they wont show up on a line anymore, even when I try to change the division...did I accedently turn something off?

Make sure this is either on the middle or right option

Also in version 10 they are not loaded with the default profile.

Use Windows>palet display> Control box to activate the control box and there you will find.
