Hiding Stair under slab

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi all,

I'm having a problem which I had in the past but it has becoming a real issue for me. The slab doesn't hide the stairs below.

I have tried cover fills, display order, etc but nothing has worked for me.

I've found an old thread about it, but I followed and it still doesn't do it for me.

FYI I'm using AC19 on a Windows machine.

I would appreciate any input.

Thanks

Damian

A cover fill set to 100% shade and set to a solid white color should do it and if not, then adjusting the display order should finish the job, but apparently that is not the case for you...

See what this stair and slab looks like in 3D. That is always a habit of mine if things in 2D do not look right. Looking in 3D is a quick way to see what is really going on.

I'm having the same challenge of stairs being visible under slabs.

The cover fill works for me, but is this really the only solution?

There was a similar thread recently, only with Railings instead of Stairs.

See my response there:
