A reminder to beginning Archicad "drafters:"
You'll have better success thinking of your drawn details as objects in themselves rather than as a "bunch of lines" like in the old days.
Sujey probably assembled a bunch od messy lines and wanted to clean them up. This is a tiime-consuming and innacurate method of working.
Thinking of drawing elements as closed polygons or clear fills with outlines makes them easier to manage because the corners stay connected.
Once everything has a thickness, you can use various fill colors to denote touching building elements.
