Do you need it to actually be made of Walls? Or would a mesh, morph, shell or something work just as well ?
There are some free Mobius Strip models you can find on the internet. Or some cool ones you can buy.
Many of them can be converted to elements you can use in ArchiCAD or even to .gsm
There are ways you can construct that shape with ArchiCAD if necessary but the Wall Tool is not how you would want to model that.
