How do you get non roman fonts to show in Archicad?

There are a number of non roman fonts available in the fonts folder and which are visible in the Font Book on the Mac. I am particularly interested in the Hebrew fonts. I can not find a way to get them to show as available fonts in the text tool or in any other text type things in Archicad.

I've got the Hebrew keyboards available and the fonts are available in TextEdit when the proper keyboard is selected.

Anyone have any instructions how to make this happen?

Despite what my signature says, I'm running the latest version of 11.
