How to Fillet/Chamfer a Slab V8.1

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have been trying to fillet or is it chamfer a slab in ArchiCad 8.1.

I first draw the slab, then click on the corner node, select the fillet/chamfer option and then I get the box where I enter in the radius.

This all works really well if I want a rounded slab corner (fillet), but what do I have to change to make it chamfer?

Stumped .... but not rounded over.

Thanks

WHen your Mercedes cursor is on the filleted part, choose the first option from the pet palette that normally makes a new node, and it will straighten out.

Better, upgrade to 9, and you get to choose between chamfer and fillet ... not to mention everything else
