To fine tune your eyedropper setting, you'll need to access the Element Transfer Settings dialog box. To do this, just before "injecting" you'll see a floating text button which (by default) reads "Transfer All Settings". Clicking on that will get you there.

Isn't this an Archicad 21 feature?

Until version 21 you can only set a few parameters not to transfer in the favourite parameters setting.
For windows and doors this is limited to 'Anchor Point', 'ID' and 'Properties'.
All other parameters will transfer all the time (unless it is a GDL parameter - you can save the objects not to transfer certain GDL parameters but that means editing the GDL object).

Yes, what I mentioned is an AC21 feature. I failed to read the OP's signature and the fact that his eyedropper is transferring the "wrong" elements led me to believe he had access to that feature.

Keep us posted paulmckean.

Hello,

Yes, working on Archicad 20 here. Not seeing that option. Any other ideas? Thanks.

As I said the only parameters you can control not to transfer are 'Anchor Point', 'ID' and 'Properties'.
All other parameters will transfer - unless you want to get into a bit of GDL and tag the parameters that you don't want to transfer and save the object with the new settings.
Personally I would not do this.
