Hi guys,
I'm a relatively new user to ArchiCAD and would appreciate any help.
Is there a way to create custom wall ends? I'm looking to have the exterior surface wrap backwards a certain distance and the interior wall surface wrap towards it. Ideally there would be a gap between these two surfaces that I could recess a glazing channel in, but that might be asking too much?
The Wall End Tool lets you place a special Wall End at the end of your Walls.
The Wall End is based on GDl just like the Object Tool so you can use GDl to created any type of Wall End you want.
Check the Reference Guide and the GDL Reference for more detail.

It is possible but would require GDL scripting, as the Wall Ends are a particular Object Subtype (Wall End). There is a 2D Symbol with this type of object, but I doubt that simply drawing your Wall End (which would not be parametric) will suit your needs.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
