It's hard to know if that's an elevation or a cross-section. But you should look at complex profiles (Look for the Profile Manager), in any case.

1) What version of Archicad are you using?
2) Your "Help" file should tell you everything you need to know. Basically, you are going to draw a fill in the shape you want after you go to the Profile Manager, and select "New." You will then be able to select this profile as a wall type.

If you are using AC9 or earlier, you won't be able to do this, though.

I am very happy to help you.

But it is a bad sign regarding user aptitude when you are unwilling to search forum resources on your own, regardless of whether you get easily confused or not.

Your resources are:

• The Reference Manual accessed through your Help Menu
• Searching the Archicad Forum using the "Complex Profile" term supplied
• Seeing the Archicad Wiki,[link at upper left of this page] an encyclopedia of Archicad Knowledge. Searching this resource finds the following article by our expert colleague Eric Bobrow:

http://www.archicadwiki.com/Creative%20Uses%20of%20Complex%20Profiles

If you study these things you will not be confused any longer.
