How to end or stop a profile with Profile Manager?

I've made a roof gutter with the Profile Manager.
I'm now trying to figure out how to make an end to it.
Any suggestions?

Crete a Morph by copying the section in the Profile Manager into either Plan or Section and extruding it.

Haven't been working with the Morph tool yet.
I'll dig into it.

… or make another custom profile for the end, and use a very short wall (or beam) to create it.
