How to explode a line and /or use a line type in a fill

Because fills do not have line types (in this most evolved software) and the explode a line command is also missing one has to revert to stone age technics to implement doted lines in a fill.

I must agree with you. AC does fall short on many drafting commands and techniques - Vector fill customization being one of them.
