How to make this curtain wall?

Hi everybody, I want to ask what is the easiest way to make curtain wall like one on the picture below. The problem for me is because the wall is inclined for about 10 degrees (but thats not matter how much degrees, it is important that it is inclined) and i want divisions also inclined in plane of that wall. I scanned my sketch so i hope that you will understand my question.
PS. I must admit that i never used curtain wall tool before, but i used wall tool with columns and beams.

ok i got it about the frames, but i also have problem with rotation. I cant activate z axis to incline wall. I can activate x and y but my cursor won't match the z axis

I don't fully understand this question.
I mean, the Z axis is the vertical axis. If you just rotate a Curtain Wall on the Floor Plan, that would be rotation around a vertical axis, right?
Can you post a screenshot?

I wanted to show that when i open wall in 3D and want to rotate by curtain wall free rotate, i can choose just x or y direction of rotation. No matter how to move my cursor I cant activate z direction!? When I click left it activates x axis, right is for y axis, and it would be logical when i click up to activate z axis but it won't. I hope that you understood my problem now

This is why I am saying: do it in the Floor Plan Window.
You can do it normally with the rotate Pet-Palette command, there is no need to do it with the Free Rotate command.
