How to model resilient wall base?

Hi. I'm a complete newbie to ArchiCAD. In other programs (Sketchup, Revit), when I've wanted to model resilient wall base in a schematic sort of way, I've essentially drawn a line on the wall, and then "painted" the wall a different color in that zone to represent the wall base. Can I do this in ArchiCAD, and if not, what is the simplest way to model wall base throughout a building? Thanks for your help.

What you're after is Moldings and Panels Wall accessory.

Have a play with the 2D Represntation settings, Contour and Fill pens.

You could also create a complex profile wall and magic wand it into place. This gives you the ability to change the profiles quickly if you need to. Just be careful about where your reference line is located.

Thank you very much! I'll give both of those options a try.

ETA: In trying the first option, I installed the Accessories "goodie", but when I try to use it, under Libraries there is an empty folder titled "Missing Wall Accessory Objects". The goodie download page says that the library should be installed automatically. Any suggestions? Thanks.

E-again-TA: The library is in my Graphisoft directory, but I can't select it in the Library Manager. My theory is that it is because I am not running the most updated version of 17 (I can't update yet because the whole office has to be in sync). Does that sound like the likely reason?

On to try to figure out complex profiles .

Easiest way by far is to drag the accessories library into the standard archicad library folder through either windows explorer or finder if you're using mac!
This way it will load every time.
