How do I bring the slider back into the INFO Box without opening the setting dialog?

Assuming then your info box is across the top of your screen.
Grab the bottom border and stretch it down a bit and you should see a thin slider bar.

But there should be no need if you have a wheel on your mouse.
Just place cursor over the infobox and scroll the wheel.
