Inner Handrail on Prefab Stair

Ok, we decided to give CADimage's stairmaker a try since we got tired of having to redraw all our stair in 2D based on the archicad model.
Works great and does everything but connecting inner handrails correctly. Even archicad's internal stair tools is able to bend the inner handrail correctly.
Anybdy any idea?

In the cadimage drop down menu - stairs, did you try update handrail connections?

I did. Same result.
