Is it because the window it tuck right up into the corner of the wall?

OK, so if you drop the window down a little, does it look correct as in your other image?
If so all I can assume it is because the top of the window is corrupting the fill somehow because of the top being tucked into the angle.
If there is no difference then why does the other image look correct?
What is different?
It is very hard to say just looking at images.

So it seems to be the height of the window is corrupting the fill in section.
