Intersecting Complex Profiles

In this image, you can see I have a corner on a roof with custom beam profile for the soffit, and eave. As you can see they are not intersecting. Is there a way to achieve this?

are you referring to the texture on the lower roofs? it looks like they're intersecting to me, just the texture needs to be aligned.
