Is 2 separate railings and one set of stairs possible?

Is it possible to create a new set of stairs where there are railings either side, but different designs? Since one side is against a concrete wall, I'm looking for a simple hand rail fixed to the wall, and the other side is open, thus would require railings attached to the stairs.

it is, but the designs are pretty limited. under the stair's parameters pane, choose your right and left railing types from the drop-down menus. i.e. for the 'left rail' switch to something other than "same as right".
