Is StairMaker available in Archicad 14?

I have tried to locate stairmaker within Archicad but can't seem to find it. As a novice to Archicad I have not yet added anything to the library. Is this easy to do? and how do I go about it.

StairMaker is part of the stair tool in the standard toolbox.
