Is it possible to use the Redshift, 14 day trial?

Hi, I just got Redshift and Cinema 4D, 14 day trial.
When I try to render in Archicad 26 trial, I choose Redshift, but then a box pops up (see image), and it's not usable.

I've also tried saving an archicad model to .3ds and trying to open in Cinema 4D, but I don't see anything in Cinema 4D (see image).

as you can see in the image you provided, Redshif is per SSA only in ArchiCAD.

As for opening .3ds in Cinema 4D - did you try import instead of open ?
