I cannot understand the issue from your description anyway...
And... if you give a rant subject line like that, nobody from GS will probably ever read your post anyway. Please click the edit button for the post (the first post in a thread gives the recorded subject for the entire thread) and give it a subject that has some meaning.
But, maybe your intent was just to vent?
