Labels disappear in Layout - ArchiCAD 12

Here is the problem we are having - independent labels are disappearing? We are all using ArchiCAD 12, up to date on hot fixes, running build 2325.

The independent labels show up in the project map and the view map, but when we go to a sheet the labels don't show up anymore. This seems to have happened over night? Of course the deadline for the project is Friday ...

Any ideas?

Thanks

I have had a case in a project where a dimension appeared in plan, but disappeared where it was hotlinked, in the end the original dimension was displaying incorrectly. corrected when i changed its settings, closed the settings box, changed it back to what i wanted.
This may not help, but you can try it

Try relinking the placed view on the layout to its view in the View Map.
Right click on the selected placed drawing and choose Link Drawing To.

this may not work, but it's easy to try: make sure the layer your labels are on is on both in the viewset, maybe even turn it off, update the layer combo associated with your view set, the turn it on and update the layer combo again, then go to the layout and turn on all layers (in the layout not just the placed drawing) and update or re-link your placed drawing.... as i say, it may or may not work

I've noticed that problem as well - I use the label tool to create door and window tags in elevation, and I noticed that they suddenly stopped appearing in the layout view. This problem surfaced around the same time that I noticed problems with master layout items disappearing from layouts.

Using V12, up to date version.
