I was told about this anomaly by Link. Turns out on my laptop [1440x900] the layer settings box also gets smaller bit by bit each time you open it. this is on a PC???
Not the end of the world but annoying!

It happens on my PowerBook screen and on the Cinema Display when I'm at my desk. Is there anyone who doesn't have this problem? Or just people who haven't noticed it yet?

.....and now that I am scrutinizing the thing I am noticing that it LITERALLY climbs higher and higher [as in +Y ] on the screen as well!!
At some point it becomes fairly tricky to grab it to adjust placement................the excitement never ends!
