Layout - Multiple Scales one Sheet

Guys,

Is it possible to use mutiple scales on one sheet as we could have done with 9.0?

Whenever I import an external file to me layout sheet it always changes scale (not to mention external drawings isn't the easiest process either).

Please advise.
