Do you guys know how the line types are organized when you choose one from the list?
i.e. Alphabetical order
They're not in alphabetical order, though.
I am wondering because I would like them to be, or at least know how they are set up so I can find them easier.
They are also organized into three groups, Solid lines, Dashed lines and Symbol Lines. You can see these groups divided by a thin grey line in the linetypes dropdown list. Within those groups they are listed in order of ID.
