Link auto text to project info

Looking for help.
I want to know if there is a way to link auto text into the project info.

Eg. slab area label label linked to the building area in the project info, so when a client changes the floor plan the project info updates automatically to reflect the area.

Could you schedule the "Area" and then place the schedule at an appropriate location in the documentation?
