Log Wall Display in Section

For some reason I am having trouble getting some walls with the log option checked to display in my sections. Some display just fine, while others seem to have trouble. Please see the attached image. Note that the wall on the left displays just fine, while the one on the right side of the building seems sketchy at best. Any ideas? Thanks!!
