Can anyone from G_soft say anything assuring about AC11 working under the about-to-be-released Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard?

This is far out. You can actually have each computer displaying.. and controlling the other.. and get a mirror in a mirror effect. If I put my desk top (2 - 23" displays) on the laptop, it shows both. That is actually too small to be usable, but very interesting looking.

This is going through screen sharing activated under Sharing. It does exactly what i need.

Thanks for the tip

I know that I can be excused since English is my second language but the last missing "S" on priceless is diving me crazy… I went back and fixed it. I promise to use the spellchecker from now on…

I also love the cover-flow file browsing for some data types.
What if anything does one see in cover-flow or quick-look regarding AC files?

On a related topic, the first time I saw the updated iTunes interface having the the left-sidebar/cover-flow/bottom-listings/top-bar viewing control options, I wondered if our AC dialog boxes could somehow be refined using some of these design concepts. If so, it might make things feel more fluid and flexible. But then again, maybe not.

Not much. Even if you put in a Project Preview in ArchiCAD (why doesn't AC make a default one for you, like PhotoShop?), coverflow still just shows you the generic AC file icon.

In leopard (OS X 10.5.1) is it possible to access over internet (by use of .Mac I assume) a server that is sitting in your office by your laptop? If we can screen share why not more?
Thanks,
Joseph

p.s. spell checker does not work in Safari of Leopard anymore!

Use Iget. Direct, fast, SSH-encrypted connection. Works in 10-4 too.
Edited: Seems it's not been Leopardized yet

The php SpellCheck doesn't work in Safari 3, but it's crappy anyway. Use the Mac system spell checker! Much better! Right/Ctrl-click>Spelling...

BTW 10.5.1 is out and it feels "snappier" than 10.5.0 and the move and some Fiery issues were "fixed"

Thomas,

I read it in macdailynews comments but now going back it refers to Epson rips, oops.

Disregard or take with a grain of salt
