What you are seeing is an existing mesh that is sloping up toward the building in the foreground - Does anyone have any ideas why it is display strangely in elevation, like so:
The existing elements graphic override used for our 'New Construction' reno filter seems to remedy this issue. I do not have to sophistication to understand why. Nor do I understand why it displays strangely when it's display properties are not being over-ridden.

My guess would be the Vectorial Fill (Cover Fill Foreground) of your meshes top surface. Hence, when it gets overriden by Paint - White Gloss the fill markings disappear.
