Missing 3d Models

Hellloooo Everybody.
I have a 3d model hotlinked into my .pln file.
It comes up just fine in the 3d window in the original file, but not in the hotlinked one.
I drew some slabs in the hotlinked file, nothing came up then too. Just a blank window with a black line in the center.

Any Ideas?

do you using 2 archicad application at the same time? i tried this method before, but the update of the module was not very good, some modification can show.

then I open only one AC at the same time, after editing the module, save and close, and open the project again. and work fine

or may be

you hid some layers in your original file.
