Hey Jonathan,
Not sure where to d/l fonts but I ArchiCAD fonts should have a direct correlation to the windows fonts in your system directory.

Jonathan, you'll have to give more details. Where does your desired font NOT show up? Some objects have a limited font list. Charlee is right, for most objects whatever fonts exist on your system should show up.
Some font sites:
http://www.fontparade.com/
http://www.1001freefonts.com/
http://www.urbanfonts.com/
http://www.grsites.com/fonts/
Search the web and you'll find thousands more.
