You could make this with a Complex Profile (as a Wall or Beam) and extrude it in a circle. I haven't played with the Shell tool yet, but there might be something there.

Thanks. Was a little clunky trying to get it to the right width with the wall rotate tool but I managed to get it looking right. The only minor problem is it creates a line where the column starts the entasis.

Yes, make a complex profile from 1/2 of your picture. Make sure to move axis line inside from the origin point (10 units in my example). Select WALL icon in "Use with". Save the profile.
Now select WALL > Complex > select your profile > pick Arc wall centerpoint >
enter Radius (10 units in my example!) > enter Angle (360° for complete circle).
That´s all folks.
Now select WALL > Complex > select your profile > pick Arc wall centerpoint >
enter Radius (10 units in my example!) > enter Angle (360° for complete circle).
That´s all folks.

That explains the clunkiness, I created mine with a full column like the picture, not a half one.
