May I have advice on the following matters?
1. I placed custom windows. Now I cannot select them.
2. When I try to build a morph, it is not visible on the current level.

Go to the 3D Window and display the Wall in which you placed the Window. Can you select it in 3D? When you select it in 3D, does it display selection hotspots?
In 2D, can you find the location of these hotspots? Your cursor shape should change to a checkmarked shape when an element node is found.
2. When I try to build a morph, it is not visible on the current level.
Go to 3D and select the Morph and in its Home Story field set the Story you want to see it on.
Also, in its Settings Dialog's Floor Plan and Section panel, make sure the Show on Stories field under FLOOR PLAN DISPLAY is set to Home Story only. That should make it appear on the Story of your choice.

If these do not solve it, then you might want to post screenshots of exactly what you do so we can have a better idea of what the problem might be.

Also, these are very fundamental question so I would suggest you taking some beginner level training and doing free tutorials like these:
