Object Not visible in plan view

Hello everyone,

I am facing with a very strange problem that is very annoying. I received a 3d model from another office which I should upgrade the model. the problem is that some elements are visible in 3d but they are half visible in plan view. I mean just part of the element is visible. I am attaching screenshots so you can understand my problem.

This is the wall element with empty opening inserted into it? Just check if you can copy-paste the same element in the current project or may be in some another project and you face the same display issue. As you haven't shared the full AC desktop view may be cannot identify if few settings are ON or OFF.
